Arrival And Departure Policy

• Check in _ 1500 Hours
• Check Out – 1200 Hours
• Arrival and / or Departure beyond these times are subject to availability and will be charged as per policy .

Guarantee Policy

• All Booking must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by accredit card or travel agent .
• All Major credit cards ( Visa , Master, Amex , Span ) are accepted .

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation one week before all amount refund to the guest .
• Cancellation 72 hours before , deduct 25 % of first night Charges .
• Cancellation 48 hours before , deduct 50 % of first night Charges .
• Cancellation 24 hours before , deduct all first night Charges .

Child Policy

Two Children up to 8 Years of age can stay in the parent’s suite with out an additional charge , however a maximum of one child’s bed can be placed in the suite which will be provided at no additional Charge .

• One child over 8 years but less than 12 years can stay in the parent’s  suite .
  
• For two children between 8 and 12 years an additional suite is necessary .
  
• If the child is above 12 years of age , you should see the maximum Pax No. for each suite .
